Refund Policy

All goods are new and unused (unless otherwise clearly stated) and carry a full manufacturers 12 month warranty. Where supplied goods are found to be faulty we undertake to repair or replace on an "express service" basis. You must contact us before returning any items with a description of the fault. We will respond with an authorization email before you can return the goods. Any supplied goods found to be faulty when received must be returned to us within 10 days.

Goods will be inspected on return. Replacement units will only be sent if there is no clear evidence of incorrect usage that would generally result in the malfunction of the unit, such as exceeding the products operating voltages, polarity, or conditions contrary to those specified by its datasheet.
